摘要
大体积混凝土受水化热影响较为显著。本文以狮子洋通道土建工程T11标齐沙互通主线桥6#墩下部盖梁施工过程为例,在混凝土浇筑完成后,采取智能循环水恒温系统进行通水降温的措施。通过收集数据、分析总结,得出该措施能有效降低大体积混凝土施工过程中的温度,控制水化热的不利影响。本研究对工程大体积降温控制措施具有指导意义。
Mass concrete is mainly affected by the heat of hydration.This paper took the cover beam of the lower pier of the 6#pier of the Qisha-Sha interworking mainline bridge of the T11 civil construction project of the Shiyang Passage as a case study.After concrete pouring,an intelligent circulating water constant temperature system was adopted to carry out water cooling measures,collect data,analyse and summarise.The effective control measures of mass concrete cooling were obtained,which have guiding significance for the control measures of mass concrete cooling in engineering.
