摘要
路面加热型密封胶低温寒冷型(-30℃)试验是反映密封胶质量的关键性指标。密封胶与混凝土模块黏结牢固,在-30℃下拉伸过程中密封胶与模块不脱胶,是顺利完成3次低温循环拉伸试验的关键。酒泉公路事业发展中心试验检测室对采购的密封胶进行了大量的抽样检测,并在试验中研究解决了拉伸试件制件方式影响密封胶性能判定的问题,使密封胶低温拉伸试验结果更客观、准确地反映密封胶性能。
Cracks are the main form of damage in asphalt pavement,and their sealing method using sealant is commonly used in daily maintenance of pavement asphalt cracks.Sealant quality is the key factor among the many factors that affect the effectiveness of crack treatment.To ensure the performance of asphalt pavement sealant filling treatment and control the quality of sealant application,the testing laboratory of Jiuquan Highway Development Center conducted many sampling tests on the purchased sealant.The case study analysed and solved the problem of the stretching impact test piece method in determining sealant performance,making the lowtemperature tensile sealant test more objective and accurate in reflecting its performance.
