摘要
在全面推进健康中国战略背景下,发展康养产业是粤港澳大湾区培育新质生产力和推进中国式现代化的重要抓手。目前,粤港澳大湾区康养产业发展已经初见成效,但在思想认识、资金、人才、土地、融合发展等方面还存在一些不足。需要从加强康养产业发展的组织领导、加强政策支持引导和体制建设、加大康养专业人才的引进培养、成立粤港澳康大湾区康养协会、推进文旅与康养产业深度融合、数字赋能康养产业高质量发展、因地制宜建立康养产业发展典型、深度对接粤东西北禀赋资源、积极探索飞地康养发展路径、借鉴国(境)外康养产业发展经验等方面着手,推动粤港澳大湾区康养产业高质量发展。
In the context of comprehensively promoting the healthy China strategy,the development of health and wellness industry is an important starting point for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to cultivate new quality productive forces and promote Chinese modernization.At present,the development of the health and wellness industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has shown initial success,but there are still some shortcomings in terms of ideological understanding,funding,talent,land,and integrated development.Efforts need to be made to strengthen the organizational leadership of the development of health and wellness industry,enhance policy support and guidance,and system construction,increase the introduction and training of health and wellness professionals,establish the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Health and Wellness Association,promote the deep integration of culture and tourism with health and wellness industry,empower the high-quality development of health and wellness industry with digital technology,establish typical models for the development of health and wellness industry according to local conditions,deeply connect with the natural resources of eastern,northwestern Guangdong,actively explore the path of enclave health and wellness development,and learn from the development experience of health and wellness industry abroad,in order to promote the high-quality development of health and wellness industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
