摘要
郑观应是我国近代史上著名的思想家和具有国际视野的晚清士人,在把握时局变化及参与实业实务的过程中,逐渐形成了独具特色的国际观。郑观应国际观的主要内容包括国际舞台是弱肉强食的“角斗场”、国际列强劣性不一应对策略应有区别、掌握国际交往主动权须是兵战与商战并重以及融入国际社会才能更好谋求国际地位等。郑观应国际观为客观理性洞察国际大势、更加笃定做好中国的事情以争取更大的国际主动权以及坚定维护世界和平和推动构建人类命运共同体的信心决心提供了历史借鉴和经验启示。
Zheng Guanying was a famous thinker in modern Chinese history and a scholar of the late Qing Dynasty with an international perspective.Through grasping the changes in the situation and participating in industrial practice,he gradually formed a distinctive international perspective.The main contents of Zheng Guanying's international perspective include that the international stage is a“battleground”where the strong prey upon the weak,that different international powers have varying degrees of inferiority and should adopt different strategies to deal with them,that mastering the initiative in international exchanges requires equal emphasis on military and commercial warfare,and that integration into the international community is necessary to better seek international status.Zheng Guanying's international perspective provides historical reference and experience inspiration for objectively and rationally understanding the international trend,being more determined to do well in China's affairs to strive for greater international initiative,and firmly maintaining world peace and promoting the confidence and determination to build a community with a shared future for mankind.
