考虑静偏心时永磁发电机局部失磁下定子振动特性

Vibration Characteristics of Stator in Permanent Magnet Generators under Partial Demagnetization Regarding Static Eccentricity

摘要 通过理论推导、有限元计算和实验验证,分析了永磁同步发电机气隙静偏心故障、局部失磁故障以及复合故障前后的定子振动特性。与以往研究不同的是,提出了一种新的发电机局部失磁模型,并综合考虑了气隙静偏心的影响。首先通过分析各工况下的气隙磁密,推导出定子所受单位面积磁拉力的表达式,然后在一台四对极永磁同步发电机上进行有限元仿真计算和实验验证,理论、仿真与实验结果基本吻合。结果表明,正常情况下定子振动只有偶数倍频成分,静偏心故障不会引入新频率成分,但会增大定子振动各频率幅值。发生局部失磁故障时,出现新的分数倍频成分(f/4、f/2、3f/4……),原有的偶数倍频幅值基本不变。复合故障下也出现分数倍频成分,且失磁程度一致时,偶数倍频幅值随着偏心故障的加剧而增大,分数倍频幅值基本不变。偏心程度一定时,随着局部失磁故障的加剧,偶数倍频幅值基本不变,分数倍频幅值增大。 This paper analyzes the stator vibration characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous generator(PMSG)before and after static air gap eccentricity(SAGE),partial demagnetization,and compound faults through theoretical derivation,finite element calculation,and experimental verification.Different from previous studies,this paper proposes a new model for the partial demagnetization fault in PMSG,while also comprehensively considering the impact of SAGE.Firstly,we derive the formula of the air gap magnetic field density under various operating conditions to obtain the expression of the magnetic permanence per unit area(MPPUA).Then,we conduct the finite element calculation and the experimental verification on a four pairs pole PMSG.The theoretical,simulated,and experimental results align closely.The results reveal that,under normal conditions,stator vibrations consist solely of even harmonics.The SAGE does not introduce new frequency components but does amplify the vibration amplitudes at various frequencies.When partial demagnetization fault occurs,new fractional harmonic components(f/4,f/2,3f/4,etc.)appear,while the existing even harmonic amplitudes remain essentially unchanged.During compound faults,fractional harmonic components also appear.When the degree of demagnetization remains consistent,the even harmonic amplitudes increase with the severity of the SAGE,while the fractional harmonic amplitudes remain basically stable.When the degree of SAGE is fixed,the even harmonic amplitudes remain essentially unchanged as the partial demagnetization fault intensifies,but the fractional harmonic amplitudes increase.
