摘要
绿色信贷政策作为企业绿色转型的重要驱动力,长期以来备受实务界和学术界关注。但其驱动重污染企业绿色转型的具体机制及实现路径却鲜有文献深入研究。本文在分析该政策推动重污染企业绿色转型机制的基础上,从政策标准、金融机构和信贷产品等角度探讨了绿色信贷政策助推重污染企业绿色转型的现实困境,并据此提出推动重污染企业绿色转型的具体对策。本文的研究可为重污染企业实现绿色转型和可持续发展提供理论参考,并对政策制定部门制定与完善相关政策具有一定的启示意义。
As an important driving force for the green transformation of enterprises,green credit policy has always attracted much attention from practical and academic circles.However,there is little literature to study the specific mechanisms and realization paths for green credit policy to drive the green transformation of heavily-polluting enterprises.Based on analyzing the mechanism of this policy to promote the green transformation of heavily-polluting enterprises,the paper explores the practical dilemma of green credit policy in promoting the green transformation of heavily-polluting enterprises from the perspectives of policy standards,financial institutions and credit products,and accordingly proposes countermeasures to promote the green transformation of heavily-polluting enterprises.The research in this paper can provide theoretical reference for heavily-polluting enterprises to achieve green transformation and sustainable development,and has certain inspiration for relevant national departments to formulate and improve relevant policies.
