摘要
采用PHF-101和PHF-151催化剂在中国石油云南石化有限公司280万t/a柴油加氢装置上进行工业应用,分析了装置长周期运行中存在的问题,并提出解决措施。结果表明:在PHF-101催化剂运行末期,精制柴油产品闪点偏小,通过将汽提塔压力从1.00 MPa降至0.87 MPa后,产品闪点从60℃提高至65℃;在加工高含硫原油生产的混合柴油原料期间,精制柴油产品含硫量偏高,通过优化原料油组成,将常三线柴油加工比例从45.2%降至40.0%,产品含硫量从19.4μg/g降至12.1μg/g;在加工量235 t/h、平均反应温度379℃的条件下,将反应器入口压力从6.2 MPa升高至6.5 MPa后,产品含硫量从16.2μg/g降至10.7μg/g,但是新氢消耗量增加了3.7 m3/t。
Industrial application of PHF-101 and PHF-151 catalysts was carried out in a 2.8 Mt/a diesel hydrogenation unit of Yunnan Petrochemical Co Ltd of PetroChina.The existing problems during the long-term operation of the unit were analyzed,and solutions were proposed.The results showed that at the end of the operation of PHF-101 catalyst,the flash point of refined diesel product was relatively small.By reducing pressure of stripping tower from 1.00 MPa to 0.87 MPa,the flash point of the product increased from 60℃ to 65℃.During processing of mixed diesel produced from high sulfur crude oil,refined diesel product had a relatively high sulfur content.By optimizing composition of the raw oil,the blending ratio of third atmospheric distillation sideline diesel was reduced from 45.2%to 40.0%,and the sulfur content of the product was reduced from 19.4μg/g to 12.1μg/g.Under the conditions of a processing capacity of 235 t/h and an average reaction temperature of 379℃,when increasing the inlet pressure of reactor from 6.2 MPa to 6.5 MPa,the sulfur content of the product was decreased from 16.2μg/g to 10.7μg/g.However,the consumption of new hydrogen was increased by 3.7 m3/t.
