采用C_(≥9)重芳烃制备芳烃溶剂SA-1000和SA-1500

摘要 为提高芳构化装置C_(≥9)重芳烃产品的深加工利用率及其附加值,以C_(≥9)重芳烃为原料油,采用蒸馏和回调的方法制备符合GB/T 29497—2017指标的高沸点芳烃溶剂SA-1000和SA-1500产品,并通过馏分切割实验、稳定性实验和脱色实验等考察了原料油的组成和产品的性质。结果表明:制备SA-1000和SA-1500产品的综合收率分别为82.45%和14.73%,C_(≥9)重芳烃的总利用率达到97.18%;C_(≥9)重芳烃中显色组分主要集中在馏程较重的组分中,SA-1000和SA-1500产品的Pt-Co色度值随着时间的延长增长速度逐渐加快,色度稳定性变差,均不能长时间储存;采用白土作为吸附剂对原料油进行脱色处理,SA-1000和SA-1500产品的色度指标分别达到7,9。 In order to improve the deep processing utilization rate and added value of the C_(≥9) heavy aromatics products in the aromatization unit,using C_(≥9) heavy aromatics as the raw material oil,high-boiling-point aromatic solvent products SA-1000 and SA-1500 that met the index of GB/T 29497-2017 were prepared by means of distillation and readjustment.The composition of the raw material oil and the properties of the products were investigated through fraction cutting experiment,stability experiment,decolorization experiment,etc.The results showed that the comprehensive yield of the SA-1000 and SA-1500 products were 82.45%and 14.73% respectively,and the total utilization rate of C_(≥9) heavy aromatics reached 97.18%.The color-developing components in C_(≥9) heavy aromatics were mainly concentrated in the fractions with a heavier distillation range.The growth rate of the Pt-Co color value of the SA-1000 and SA-1500 products gradually accelerated with the passage of time,and the color stability deteriorated,so neither of them could be stored for a long time.When clay was used as the adsorbent for the decolorization treatment of the raw material oil,the color index of the SA-1000 and SA-1500 products reached 7 and 9 respectively.
