摘要
为了保证永磁同步电机转子铁心强度的同时减少转子漏磁,提高磁钢的利用率,在多物理场的情况下,对转子铁心的强度进行准确分析和计算,根据计算结果提出改善转子结构强度的方法。以内置式永磁同步电机为例,推导了离心力作用下隔磁桥应力的解析表达式,利用有限元计算分别在离心力、电磁力、过盈配合和热应力作用下转子铁心的应力;在多物理场耦合的情况下计算了转子铁心的应力;提出了改善转子铁心结构强度的方法,并对转子模型的强度进行优化。对永磁同步电机转子强度的准确计算和改善转子强度具有一定的参考意义。
In order to ensure the rotor core strength of permanent magnet synchronous motor,reduce magnetic leakage of rotor and improve utilization ratio of magnet,the rotor core strength was analyzed and calculated accurately under multiphysical field,according to the calculation results,the method to improve the structural strength of the rotor was proposed.take the IPMSM for example,the stress analytical expression of the magnetic barriers under centrifugal force,the rotor core stress under centrifugal force,electromagnetic force,interference fit and thermal was calculated by finite element method.The rotor core stress was calculated under multi-physical field.method to improve the structural strength of rotor core was proposed,the strength of the rotor model was optimized.Research had certain reference significance for the accurate calculation and improvement of rotor strength of permanent magnet synchronous motor.
