摘要
针对26 mm基座的小尺寸、45°机械转角范围内的旋变发送机的高精度需求,通过对比不同极对数的特点,进行槽配合和绕组优化设计,并通过实物制造和试验,达到误差小于2′的精度要求,验证了增加极对数对于提高旋变发送机精度的有效性。
Aiming at the high precision requirement of rotary transmitter with small size of 26 mm base and 45°mechanical rotation angle range,the slot matching and winding optimization design were carried out by comparing the characteristics of different pole pairs.Through physical manufacturing and testing,the accuracy requirement of less than 2′was achieved,and the effectiveness of increasing pole pairs to improve the accuracy of rotary transmitter was verified.
