摘要
永磁电磁混合悬浮磁铁通过添加永磁体降低了电磁铁的励磁电流,解决了纯电励磁型悬浮磁铁存在的能耗高、发热严重、承载能力受限等问题,现已成为磁浮领域的研究重点。依据等效磁路,推导了各磁路的等效磁阻数学模型,分析了影响漏磁系数的相关参数;采用了磁路积分法,建立了二维仿真模型,研究了永磁体厚度、永磁体高度、隔磁桥宽度、气隙长度、磁轭铁心高度等结构参数对永磁体漏磁系数的影响。研究对混合悬浮磁铁的结构设计具有一定的指导意义,提高了永磁体的利用率,使得磁路结构设计更加合理。
The hybrid suspension magnet of permanent magnet and electromagnet reduces the excitation current of electromagnetic components by incorporating permanent magnets,effectively addressing issues inherent to pure electromagenet suspension magnet,such as high energy consumption,severe heating,and limited carrying capacity.It has now become a key research focus in the field of magnetic levitaion.Based on the equivalent magnetic circuit,this article derived the mathematical model of equivalent magnetic reluctance of each magnetic circuit,analyzed the relevant parameters that affect the leakage coefficient.By the magnetic circuit integration method,this article conducts two-dimensional simulation model,studies the influence of structural parameters such as the thickness and height of the permanent magnet,the magnetic isolation bridge,the length of the air gap,and the height of the magnetic yoke core on the leakage coefficient of the permanent magnet,which can provide some guidance for the structure design of hybrid suspension magnet,improve the utilization of permanent magnet and make the magnetic circuit structure design more reasonable.
