摘要
使用超细粉煤灰制备轻骨料混凝土,结合干湿循环试验,研究其对混凝土抗腐蚀性能。借助SEM电镜观察腐蚀过程,试验结果表明:用超细粉煤灰配制的轻骨料混凝土,在其质量含量为3%、5%、7%的Na2SO4溶液时,其耐腐蚀性最大值分别为97%、85%、80%;在干湿循环次数达到50次时,混凝土骨料开始出现明显的分离现象。原本紧密结合的骨料颗粒逐渐失去了粘结力,导致边角部分出现了脱落现象;7%质量分数的Na2SO4溶液会威胁混凝土整体强度和耐久性,在其表面出现裂缝和剥落点。由此解释了粉煤灰提高轻骨料混凝土抗腐蚀的作用机理,为混凝土在工程应用提供参考。
Lightweight aggregate concrete was prepared by using ultra-fine fly ash,and its corrosion resistance to concrete was studied by combining dry-wet cycle test.The corrosion process was observed by SEM electron microscopy.The results show that the maximum corrosion resistance of lightweight aggregate concrete prepared with ultra-fine fly ash is 97%,85%and 80%respectively when the mass content of Na2SO4 solution is 3%,5%and 7%.When the number of dry-wet cycles reaches 50 times,the concrete aggregate begins to show obvious separation phenomenon.The original closely combined aggregate particles gradually lost their bonding force,resulting in the shedding of the corner part;7%Na2SO4 solution will threaten the overall strength and durability of concrete,and cracks and spalling points will appear on its surface.This explains the mechanism of fly ash to improve the corrosion resistance of lightweight aggregate concrete,and provides a reference for the application of concrete in engineering.
