摘要
在党的二十大报告中,习近平总书记以高瞻远瞩、高屋建瓴的政治视野创造性提出“大党独有难题”这一重大论断,体现出百年大党管党治党的战略清醒以及长期执政的忧患意识。大党独有难题的多元成因主要表现为政党历时跨度“长”、组织规模“大”、使命任务“重”、承平安逸“久”、内外条件“变”、制度笼子“松”。马克思主义政党观的理论引领、中华优秀传统文化的价值底蕴、精神谱系支撑下党的创新实践、世界政党文明发展的参考与超越为破解大党独有难题提供了逻辑理路。破解大党独有难题是一个系统工程,需要多管齐下综合施策,从政治保证、思想引领、组织支撑、作风保障、纪律规范、机制支持、生态澄明等七个维度不断开展实践创新。
In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping creatively put forward the major assertion of“the unique problems of large parties”with a far-sighted and lofty political vision,which reflects the strategic sobriety of a century-old party in managing the party and the sense of concern for long-term governance.The multiple causes of the unique problems of large parties are mainly manifested in the“long”time span of political parties,the“large”scale of organizations,the“heavy”mission,the“long”period of comfort,the“long”period of peace and stability,and the“long”period of the“long”period of the“long”period of the“long”period of the“long”period of“peace and stability”.The main causes of political parties are the“long”time span,“large”organizational scale,“heavy”mission,“long”comfort,“changing”internal and external conditions,and“loose”institutional cage.The theoretical leadership of the Marxist view of political parties,the value of Chinese traditional culture,the innovative practice of the party under the support of the spiritual spectrum,and the reference and transcendence of the development of the world's political party civilization provide the logical reasoning for cracking the unique problems of large parties.Cracking the unique problems of large parties is a systematic project,which requires a multi-pronged and comprehensive approach,and continuous practical innovation in seven dimensions,including political guarantee,ideological leadership,organizational support,style guarantee,disciplinary norms,institutional support,and ecological clarity.
