新型城镇化视角下中国森林碳汇效率的时空分异、驱动及响应特征

Spatio-Temporal Differentiation,Driving Force and Response Characteristics of China’s Forest Carbon Sink Efficiency from the Perspective of New Urbanization

摘要 论文基于森林蓄积量扩展法、超效率SBM-DEA、重心转移和标准差椭圆、时空地理加权回归及障碍度诊断模型测度并分析了我国省域森林碳汇效率及其时空演化分异趋势,以及新型城镇化对森林碳汇效率影响的时空及区域异质性。研究结果表明:从时空特征上看,研究期内我国省域森林碳汇效率整体呈现上升趋势,空间特征符合东南高西北低的规律。新型城镇化对于森林碳汇效率具有显著驱动作用,其作用强度随新型城镇化水平的提升而有所增强,空间上呈现从东南沿海到内陆递减特征。障碍度诊断结果表明,经济和土地因素对于中西部地区的新型城镇化水平提升具有决定性作用,而东部绝大多数省份则需要关注三者平衡以实现更高质量的新型城镇化。构建技术—资源—环境—社会的多元森林碳汇增效机制,拓展国家森林城市建设缩小东中西部在森林碳汇效率方面的差距,是有效增汇及实现碳中和的可行之路。 Using the forest stock expansion method,super-efficiency SBM-DEA model,gravity shift and standard deviation ellipse model,spatial-temporal geographic weighted regression and barrier degree diagnosis model,this paper assesses and analyzes China’s provincial forest carbon sink efficiency and its spatial-temporal evolution trends,as well as the spatial,temporal and regional impacts of new-type urbanization on this efficiency.The results show that from the perspective of spatial and temporal characteristics,the efficiency of forest carbon sequestration in China showed an upward trend during the study period,and the spatial characteristics conform to the law of high in southeast and low in northwest.The new urbanization plays a significant driving role in the efficiency of forest carbon sink,and its effect intensity is enhanced with the improvement of the level of the new urbanization,showing the characteristics of decreasing from the southeast coastal area to the inland.The diagnosis results show that economic and land factors play a decisive role in the improvement of the new urbanization level in the central and western regions,while most eastern provinces need to pay attention to the balance of the three to achieve higher quality new urbanization.Thus it is a feasible way to effectively increase carbon sink and achieve carbon neutrality to build a technology-resource-resource multi-environment-society mechanism,expand the national forest city construction and narrow the gap in forest carbon sink efficiency in the eastern,central and western regions.
