不影响布面pH的阻燃剂DM-3074G的研究

摘要 布面pH值是衡量残留在纺织品中涉及影响人体安全、健康的有害物质的限量指标之一,通过对阻燃剂DM-3074G整理工艺进行了研究,探讨了阻燃剂用量、烘干时间、焙烘温度、焙烘时间等不同整理工艺对阻燃性能和布面pH的影响情况,研究表明,阻燃剂DM-3074G在涤纶、锦纶等化纤织物上均具有良好的阻燃性能,且布面pH受烘干时间、焙烘温度、焙烘时间的影响较小,经阻燃剂DM-3074G整理的织物布面pH均符合标准要求,采用阻燃剂DM-3074G整理后织物的颜色变化较小,撕破强力和断裂强力的损失率均在30%以内,各项应用指标均可满足服装用要求,若同时搭配使用架桥剂,可以明显提升其耐洗阻燃性能。 The pH value of fabric is one of the key limiting indicators for measuring harmful substances remaining in textiles that affect human safety and health.Through an investigation of the flame retardant finishing process using DM 3074G,the effects of process parameters,including flame retardant dosage,drying time,baking temperature,and baking duration,on both the flame retardancy and pH value of fabrics were discussed.Flame retardant DM-3074G exhibited excellent flame retardant performance on polyester,nylon,and other synthetic fiber fabrics.The fabric pH value was minimally affected by drying time,baking temperature,and baking duration,all of which remained within standard requirements after finishing.Additionally,the finishing process caused minimal color change in the fabric.The loss rates of breaking and tearing strength were both below 30%,ensuring that the application indices met clothing performance requirements.When used in conjunction with a crosslinking agent,the wash-resistant flame retardant performance of the fabric was significantly enhanced.
