摘要
共晶药物作为近几十年才被较多报道的新兴晶体形式的药物,这种新型药物形式近年来受到越来越多的关注。其应用领域广泛,覆盖心脑血管、抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗感染以及中枢神经等多个疾病领域。作为一种颇具潜力的新型药物开发技术,共晶药物正逐渐受到国内外学者和研究机构的关注。本文重点介绍了共晶药物的概念和本质,阐述其结构与功能特点,并举例说明其作为药物的优势。进一步总结了共晶药物的制备方法以及不同方法下的共晶药物特点。最后介绍了共晶药物研发及注册方面的法规要求。本文旨在归纳总结药物共晶的基本情况,为相关研究者提供参考。
As an emerging crystalline form of drug that has only been widely reported in recent decades,eutectic drugs have received increasing attention in recent years.It has a wide range of applications,covering multiple disease fields such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,anti-infection,and central nervous system.As a promising new drug development technology,eutectic drugs are gradually receiving attention from scholars and research institutions both domestically and internationally.Focusing on the concept and essence of eutectic drugs,elaborating on their structural and functional characteristics,examples to illustrate their advantages as drugs were provided.The preparation methods of eutectic drugs and the characteristics of eutectic drugs under different methods were further summarized.Finally,the regulatory requirements for the development and registration of eutectic drugs were introduced,aiming to summarize the basic situation of drug eutectic and provide reference for relevant researchers.
