摘要
为探究不同菜豆品种对炭疽病的抗性表现,为菜豆抗病育种选择提供依据,研究以6个不同菜豆品种为试材,人工接种菜豆炭疽病菌,观测接种7、14和21 d后各品种的发病率、病情指数、叶绿素含量、抗氧化酶活性、MDA含量和相对电导率指标。结果表明:接种21 d后,早无筋架豆的发病率、病情指数、MDA含量和相对电导率均较低,叶片和豆荚的叶绿素含量、POD和SOD活性均较高,抗病表现最优;长豇七号的抗病表现最差。
This study explored the anthracnose resistance of different kidney bean varieties,aiming to provide a basis for the breeding of kidney bean varieties with anthracnose resistance.Six varieties of kidney bean were selected for artificial inoculation of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,the pathogen of anthracnose.The incidence rate,disease index,chlorophyll content,antioxidant enzyme activities,malondiadehyde(MDA)content,and relative electrical conductivity of each variety were determined on days 7,14,and 21 post inoculation.The results showed that on day 21 post inoculation,’Zaowujinjiadou’had lower incidence rate,disease index,MDA content,and relative electrical conductivity and higher chlorophyll content,peroxidase activity,and superoxide dismutase activity in leaves and pods,demonstrating the strongest anthracnose resistance.On the contrary,’Changjiang 7’showcased the weakest resistance.
