摘要
为探究植保无人机喷施不同杀菌剂对油菜菌核病的田间防效及其对油菜产量的影响,筛选适合规模化油菜生产应用且防治效果好的药剂,本研究采用飞防技术在油菜初花期至盛花期进行药剂喷施防治试验。结果表明:200 g/L氟唑菌酰羟胺悬浮剂(夏甜)与25%咪鲜胺乳油(夏甜伴侣)复配处理的防病增产效果最好,其病株防效和病指防效分别为48.97%和61.11%,油菜籽产量较对照增加33.34%;35%氟菌·戊唑醇悬浮剂(好事达)处理的防效次之,病株防效和病指防效分别为42.57%和55.56%,增产23.34%;50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂(华星)处理的防效较弱,病株防效和病指防效分别为13.61%和35.19%,增产13.33%。综合防效与增产情况,建议在油菜初花期至盛花期采用200 g/L氟唑菌酰羟胺悬浮剂与25%咪鲜胺乳油复配方案进行无人机药剂喷施。
This study evaluated the field control effects of different fungicides sprayed by unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)on Sclerotinia stem rot caused by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and the effects of fungicides on the yield of oilseed rape,aiming to screen out suitable fungicides with good control effects for large-scale production of oilseed rape.The fungicides were sprayed by UAVs from the initial flowering stage to the peak flowering stage of oilseed rape.The results show that 200 g/L pydiflumetofen SC(Xiatian®)+25%prochloraz EC(Xiatian Companion)achieved the control efficacy of 48.97%for diseased plants and 61.11%regarding disease index,while increasing the rapeseed yield by 33.34%compared with the control,demonstrating the best disease control and yield increasing effects.The 35%fluopyram+tebuconazole SC(Haoshida)demonstrated the secondary best control effects,with the control efficacy of 42.57%for diseased plants and 55.56%regarding disease index,increasing the rapeseed yield by 23.34%compared with the control.The 50%carbendazim WP(Huaxing)had weak control effect,with the control efficacy of 13.61%for diseased plants and 35.19%regarding disease index,increasing the rapeseed yield by 13.33%compared with the control.Considering both the control efficacy and rapeseed yield,it is recommended that 200 g/L pydiflumetofen SC+25%prochloraz EC should be sprayed by UAVs for oilseed rape from the initial flowering stage to peak flowering stage.
