基于线性化功率模型的DAB变换器PWM移相控制优化

Optimization of PWM Phase Shift Control for DAB Converter Based on Linearized Power Model

摘要 为了开发更加简易实用的控制策略来提升双有源桥钳位(DABC)变换器的运行效率,并且优化DABC变换器处于宽电压条件下的运行效率,设计了一种基于线性化功率模型的DABC变换器脉宽调制(PWM)移相控制方案。针对钳位开关运行周期以及占空比实施调节,利用钳位开关周期与占空比参数计算副边H桥占空比数据。实验结果表明:采用PWM移相控制,BUCK模式变压器原边侧H桥输出五电平,使电压应力发生大幅减小,增加了控制器选择灵活性,大幅减小变换器成本;PWM移相控制达到94%的传输效率,获得5.2的电压转换比,最小传输效率是90.52%,电压转换率为6.2;与传统双有源桥(DAB)变换器相比,新型控制模式获得了更高传输效率,达到了更小电压与电流应力,降低了开关损耗。 In order to develop a more simple and practical control strategy to improve the operation efficiency of daul active bridge clamp(DABC)converter and optimize the operation efficiency of DABC converter under the condition of wide voltage,a linearized power model based pulse width modulation(PWM)phase shift control scheme of DABC converter is designed.According to the operation period and duty ratio of the clamp switch,the period and duty ratio parameters of the clamp switch are adjusted to calculate the duty ratio data of the secondary H-bridge.The experimental results show that the voltage stress of BUCK mode transformer is greatly reduced by PWM phase shift control,and the H-bridge of BUCK mode transformer outputs five levels,which increases the flexibility of controller selection and greatly reduces the cost of converter.The PWM phase shift control achieves 94%transmission efficiency and voltage conversion ratio of 5.2.The minimum transmission efficiency is 90.52%,and voltage conversion ratio is 6.2.Compared with the traditional dual active bridge(DAB)converter,the new control mode achieves higher transmission efficiency,lower voltage and current stress,and lower switching loss.
