摘要
乡村振兴战略的实施对脱贫劳动力就业创业提出新要求。基于河北省面源数据,对脱贫劳动力就业现状、存在问题进行深入研究,从培育新兴产业、培育新型经营主体、加强舆论宣传、创新培训模式、强化政策激、转变政府职能6个方面提出对策建议。
The implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy has put forward new requirements for the employment and entrepreneurship of labor force out of poverty.Based on non-point source data from Hebei Province,the status and existing problems of labor force out of poverty were studied deeply.The suggestions were proposed from six aspects:cultivating emerging industries,cultivating new business entities,strengthening propaganda,innovating training models,strengthening policy incentives,and transforming government functions.
