摘要
开发了一种用于硫化物矿样分析的全自动测硫仪。该仪器采用自动进出样器和视觉识别判定系统,实现了瓷舟的自动推送和钩取,能够在线识别溶液颜色变化,精准判定滴定终点。通过设备稳定性测试和人机对比试验可知,该仪器样品检测合格率高达98.8%,设备和人工检测时间相当,能够减轻劳动强度,提高检测效率,可规避人眼视觉疲劳、高温灼烧烫伤,从而降低职业健康安全风险。
A fully automatic sulphur analyzer for sulfide ore sample analysis has been developed.The instrument adopts an automatic sampler and a visual recognition and judgment system,which achieves the goal of automatic pushing and picking of the porcelain boat,and can recognize the color change of the solution online and accurately determine the titration endpoint.Through equipment stability testing and human-machine comparison experiments,it is known that this instrument not only has a sample detection pass rate of up to 98.8%,but also has comparable equipment and manual detection time.It can also reduce labor intensity,improve detection efficiency,and avoid visual fatigue and high-temperature burns,thereby reducing occupational health and safety risks.
