摘要
天然气在净化过程中需要消耗大量蒸汽,这些蒸汽部分来源联合装置自产,其余由天然气动力锅炉提供,使装置自用气增加。本文从三个方面进行调整和优化:一是合理调整装置负荷分布;二是减少胺液再生蒸汽用量;三是降低低压蒸汽管网压力。通过调整,从根本上减少了蒸汽耗量,使蒸汽利用率得到大幅提升。在确保装置安全平稳运行的基础上,显著减少天然气净化厂自用气用量,取得了较好的节能降耗效果,可实现自用气用量年均减少23.8%。优化调整措施对减少自用气消耗有明显效果,具有有效性和适用性。
In the process of natural gas purification,a large amount of steam is required,some of which comes from self-production of the combined unit,while the rest is provided by the gas-powered boiler,which increases the unit's self-consumption gas.This article presents adjustments and optimizations from three perspectives:first by optimizing the operational load distribution of the purification unit;second,reducing the steam consumption of the amine solution regeneration;third,lowering the pressure of the low-pressure steam distribution networks.Through systematic adjustments,the steam consumption has been fundamentally reduced,resulting in a significant enhancement of steam utilization efficiency.On the premise of ensuring the safe and stable operation of the unit,the self-consumption of gas has been notably decreased,achieving effective energy savings and gas consumption reduction,with an average annual decrease of 23.8%in gas self-consumption.The optimization and adjustment measures have proven to be effective in reducing self-consumption of gas and are both practical and applicable.
