铜冶炼烟气制酸生产作业率提升的分析与实践

摘要 介绍了滇中有色615.7 kt/a冶炼烟气制酸工艺流程及影响生产作业率的主要因素。通过对不停产时烟气管路调节,倒开一、二级动力波洗涤器循环泵、填料塔循环泵、循环冷却水系统水泵、干吸循环酸泵、艾萨炉高温排风机等进行分析并提出措施,减少转化器内部检修降温操作时间,从而提升生产作业率。 The process of acid production from 615.7 kt/a smelter flue gas at Dianzhong Nonferrous Metals Co.,Ltd.and the main factors affecting the operational efficiency were introduced.An analysis of non-stop production flue gas pipeline regulation,the switching of circulating pumps for the first and second stage dynamic wave scrubbers,the packing tower,the circulating cooling water system,the dry absorption circulating acid,the ISA furnace high-temperature exhaust fan is presented.Measures are proposed to reduce the cooling operation time of the converter internal maintenance,so as the operational efficiency is improved.
