摘要
相位噪声作为雷达系统中重要指标参数在预警雷达设计论证中至关重要,本文通过对相位噪声建模仿真,并采用两种典型随机相位分布仿真验证相位噪声的频谱特性及变化规律,此外对雷达系统中各级混频,倍频及放大对相位噪声的影响做出了分析,并对机载预警雷达数字信号处理中经典处理算法匹配滤波和MTI处理对相位噪声性能影响做出了仿真分析。分析的相关结论为雷达系统设计提供了参考。
Phase noise,as an important indicator parameter in radar systems,is of vital significance in the design and demonstration of early warning radars.This paper conducts modeling and simulation of phase noise,and uses two typical random phase distributions to simulate and verify the spectral character-istics and variation laws of phase noise.Additionally,it analyzes the influence of phase noise on each stage of mixing,frequency doubling,and amplification in radar systems.Moreover,it performs simula-tion analysis on the performance impact of phase noise on classic processing algorithms such as matched filtering and MTI processing in the digital signal processing of airborne early warning radars.The relevant conclusions of the analysis provide references for radar system design.
