抽屉式低压开关柜设计与电气性能解决方案

摘要 随着我国电力系统的高速发展和市场经济的持续完善,社会电能需求呈显著增长态势,在此背景下,电力行业面临如何确保供电系统的安全运行,为用户提供优质电能保障的挑战。行业发展趋势使针对电气设备性能优化的研究,特别是影响系统可靠性关键设备的设计,成为工程技术领域的重心。目前市场上主流400 V低压柜是电力系统重要设备之一,对系统稳定运行有着重要的影响,其设计过程中技术细节需审慎考量。对抽屉式低压开关柜结构、设计过程中存在的问题进行了研究和分析,并提出了相应的解决方案。 With the rapid development of China's power system and the continuous improvement of the market economy,social power demand has shown a significant growth trend.Against this background,the power industry is facing the challenge of how to ensure the safe operation of the power supply system and provide users with high-quality power protection.Industry development trends have made research on the performance optimization of electrical equipment,especially the design of key equipment that affects system reliability,the focus of engineering technology field.Currently,the mainstream 400V low-voltage cabinet on the market is one of the important equipment in the power system and has an important impact on the stable operation of the system.Technical details during its design process need to be carefully considered.This paper studies and analyzes the problems existing in the structure and design process of drawer low-voltage switchgear,and puts forward corresponding solutions.
