新质生产力提升能源效率的机制与效应研究 被引量:7

摘要 新质生产力的发展是以科技创新为核心驱动力的生产力跃迁,能为提升能源效率提供新途径。基于2011—2022年省级面板数据,探究新质生产力对能源效率的影响机制及空间溢出效应。研究发现:(1)新质生产力能够推动生产要素、产业形态等多层面变革,有效促进能源效率提升。在东部和中部地区、高数字基础设施地区和高人力资本地区,新质生产力的促进效应更为显著。(2)改善资源错配和优化产业结构是新质生产力影响能源效率的重要传导机制。新质生产力能够深化数据要素供给、优化资源配置,通过促进产业结构绿色低碳转型提升能源效率。(3)科技创新存在显著的非线性门槛效应,随着科技创新水平的提升,新质生产力对能源效率提升的促进作用逐渐显现。(4)新质生产力对能源效率的影响具有正向空间溢出效应,即新质生产力在提升本地区能源效率的同时,会对邻近地区的能源效率产生推动作用。 The development of new quality productivity is a productivity transition driven by scientific and technological innovation,which can provide a new way to improve energy efficiency.Based on the provincial panel data from 2011 to 2022,this paper explores the influencing mechanism and spatial spillover effect of new quality productivity on energy efficiency.The results show that:(1)The new quality productivity can promote the multi-level changes of production factors and industrial forms,and effectively improve energy efficiency.In the eastern and central regions,regions with high digital infrastructure,and regions with high human capital,the promoting effect of new quality productivity is more significant.(2)Improving resource mismatch and optimizing industrial structure are important transmission mechanisms of new quality productivity affecting energy efficiency.New quality productivity can deepen the supply of data factors,optimize resource allocation,and improve energy efficiency by promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of industrial structure.(3)There is a significant nonlinear threshold effect of scientific and technological innovation.With the improvement of scientific and technological innovation level,the promoting effect of new quality productivity on energy efficiency gradually appears.(4)The impact of new quality productivity on energy efficiency has a positive spatial spillover effect,i.e.,new quality productivity will promote the energy efficiency of neighboring regions while improving the energy efficiency of the local region.
