摘要
“如何生存乃至更好地生存”是人类一直高度关注的重大问题。伴随着人类生存状态的变化和自我意识的发展,人类生存觉醒的哲学观念和思维逻辑经历了从“本体论⁃本体思维”到“认识论⁃主体思维”的转向,朝着“生存论⁃共同体思维”延展开来。作为应对生存挑战、探索新生存样态、维护人类整体性生存利益的生存智慧,人类命运共同体理念的生存性出场既是全球化图景下“人类生存一体化”现实场域、共生环境的客观呈现和实然反映,也是现代性危机下人类共同体思维的当代延续和应然诉求,更是新时代中国共产党“为人类作出新的更大的贡献”初心使命的本然体现和理性表达。在“命运与共、和合共生”的生存境况和生存趋势下,人类命运共同体理念倡导“以国际法为基础”的国际秩序观、全球安全倡议、全球发展倡议、全球文明倡议、“人与自然生命共同体”,从政治、安全、经济、文明、生态层面不断增强人类生存禀赋,为新的历史条件下解决“人类向何处去”这一重大时代课题提供了具有整体意义、长远价值和实践指向的“共生世界观”。
"How to survive and even survive better"is a major problem that human beings have always paid great attention to.With the change in human existence state and the development of self-consciousness,the philosophical concepts and thinking logic of human existence awakening have changed from"ontology-ontological thinking"to"epistemology-subject thinking"and extended to"existential-community thinking".As a survival wisdom to cope with survival challenges,explore new survival patterns,and maintain the overall survival interests of mankind,the survival appearance of the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind is not only an objective presentation and realistic reflection of the reality field of"integration of human survival"and the symbiotic environment in the context of globalization,but also a contemporary continuation of the thinking of human community in the face of the crisis of modernity.It is also the natural manifestation and rational expression of the original mission of the Communist Party of China to"make new and greater contributions to mankind"in the new era.Under the situation and trend of a shared future and harmonious coexistence,the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind advocates the international order concept based on international law,the global security initiative,the global development initiative,the global civilization initiative,and the"community of human and natural life",and continuously enhances human survival endowments from the political,security,economic,cultural and ecological levels.It provides a"symbiotic world view"with overall significance,long-term value and practical orientation for solving the major issue of"where mankind is going"under the new historical conditions.
