摘要
作为伴随人类文明最悠久行业之一的纺织服装业,因巨大的服饰消费量和近年来快时尚行业的兴起,纺织服装业已经成为继石油和天然气之后全球污染最严重的产业之一。采用可降解生物基明胶材料,制备硬质和软质可降解明胶片材,通过不同形状的甲片和连接方法,设计具有独立性、可组装性的甲片结构,完成可持续服装设计,探索新型材料在服装设计中的应用。融合中国传统甲胄元素与可持续服装设计理念,将传统甲胄文化美学和装饰艺术融入现代服饰设计,使传统文化的应用热潮与可持续服装的设计方式相互碰撞,创造出更多的设计方向和可能性。
As one of humanity's earliest industrial sectors,the textile and apparel industry has evolved into the second-most polluting global sector following petroleum,driven by escalating apparel consumption and the proliferation of fast fashion paradigms.Biodegradable biobased gelatin matrices were utilized to develop modular garment architectures,achieving sustainable design outcomes while exploring novel material applications in apparel engineering.Cultural heritage elements were systematically integrated with sustainable methodologies through interdisciplinary synthesis,revealing design paradigms that reconcile ecological imperatives with aesthetic innovation.Experimental validation confirmed the technical feasibility of implementing bio-derived materials in modular textile systems,offering scalable solutions for industry decarbonization.
