用于联合粉磨系统的能效预测分析方法及应用研究

Research on energy efficiency prediction analysis method and application for combined grinding system

摘要 联合粉磨系统以其高效节能的特点,在水泥生产中广泛应用。准确预测和优化该系统的能效,是提高生产效率和降低能耗的重点,也是当前研究的热点和难点。本文基于粉磨功耗面积理论,提出了一种能效预测分析方法,建立了以辊压机系统成品为连接点的联合粉磨系统的产能预测统计模型,又通过对物料进行易碎性和易磨性试验修正,构建出准确可靠的基于统计模型的联合粉磨系统能效预测修正模型。该修正模型可作为生产智能化的控制模型算法,是优化生产流程、降低生产成本和提高能效利用效率的重要工具。 Combined grinding system has been widely used in cement production due to its high efficiency and energy saving characteristics.Accurately prediction and optimization the energy efficiency of the system is the focus of improving production efficiency and reducing energy consumption,and it is also a hot topic and difficulty in current research.Based on the grinding power area theory,an energy efficiency prediction analysis method was proposed in this paper,and a production capacity prediction and statistical model of the combined grinding system with the finished product of the roller press system as the connection point was established.Moreover,an accurate and reliable energy efficiency prediction and correction model of the combined grinding system based on the statistical model was constructed through the modification of the brittle and grill ability tests of the materials.The modified model can be used as an intelligent control model algorithm for production,which is an important tool for optimizing production process,reducing production cost and improving energy efficiency.
