渤海P油田开发中后期薄互储层开采策略

Production strategies for thin interbedded reservoirs in the middle-late stage of Bohai P oilfield development

摘要 渤海P油田薄互储层采取定向井合采的方式开采,导致层间、层内及平面矛盾突出。基于储层展布特征,对于层间矛盾,结合产能、干扰系数分析,提出分区而治的策略,纵向上针对不同储层结构采取不同的开采方式;对于主力层层内矛盾,基于夹层平面展布,提出不同挖潜策略;对于主力层平面矛盾,提出在完善井网和调驱双重机制下,减少无效水循环,提高采收率的方法。应用研究成果,指导部署35口调整井,调驱调剖5井次;已实施8口水平井,8口定向井,研究区含水上升率降低3.1%,自然递减率降低1.1%,开发效果得到明显改善,为类似油田薄互储层开发中后期策略调整提供借鉴。 In view of the prominent problems of interlayer,intra-layer and plane contradictions caused by directional well joint production of thin mutual reservoirs,taking P Oilfield in Bohai Sea as an example,based on the characteristics of reservoir distribution,the strategies of zoning and governance is proposed,and different mining methods are adopted for different vertical reservoir structures.Considering the contradictions in the main layers,different strategies for tapping potential are proposed based on the interlayer plane distribution.Aiming at the contradiction of the main layer plane,the methods of reducing ineffective water circulation and improving oil recovery under the dual mechanism of well pattern and regulation and displacement are put forward.Apply research results to guide the deployment of 35 adjustment wells and conduct 5 well times of profile control,8 horizontal wells and 8 directional wells have been implemented,reducing the water content rise rate by 3.1%and the natural decline rate by 1.1%in the study area.The development effect has been greatly improved,providing reference for strategic adjustments in middle-late stage of thin interbedded reservoir development in similar oil fields.
