淮南矿区煤矿锚杆支护巷道现状与对策分析 被引量:1

Analysis on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Bolt Support Roadway in Coal Mines of Huainan Mining Area

摘要 针对淮南矿区地应力大、围岩治理困难、多煤层开采和重复采动应力强度高等问题,调研发现锚杆支护巷道存在支护强度不足、巷道修复工程量大等突出问题。技术研讨提出了改进措施和支护对策。结果表明,2015年至2022年10月,淮南矿区发生7起锚杆支护巷道事故,均与支护强度不足有关。巷道失稳主要受到应力、地质条件和施工参数的影响,尤其在沿空掘进、冲刷带和断层带施工中,顶板10 m范围内存在煤线、砂质泥岩、岩石松动等问题,受重复采动和临近工作面动压影响,导致锚杆断裂及离层增大。为此,建议采取“探、治、护、卸、支、检、监”综合防治措施,实行“一巷一策”地压治理,明确治理目标和实施方案。同时,推进地压治理示范巷道建设,推广成功经验,确保巷道支护安全、牢固。 Aiming at the problems of high ground stress,difficult surrounding rock control,high stress intensity of multi-coal seam mining and repeated mining in Huainan mining area,it is found that there are outstanding problems such as insufficient support strength and large amount of roadway repair work in bolt support roadway.Technical discussion puts forward improvement measures and support countermeasures.The results show that from 2015 to October 2022,there were 7 accidents of bolt supporting roadway in Huainan mining area,which were all related to insufficient supporting strength.The instability of roadway is mainly affected by stress,geological conditions and construction parameters.Especially in the construction of gob-side driving,scouring zone and fault zone,there are problems such as coal line,sandy mudstone and rock loosening within 10 meters of roof,which are affected by repeated mining and dynamic pressure of adjacent working face,resulting in bolt fracture and separation increase.Therefore,it is suggested to take comprehensive prevention and control measures of"exploration,treatment,protection,unloading,support,inspection and supervision",implement"one lane and one policy"ground pressure control,and clarify the control objectives and implementation plans.At the same time,promote the construction of ground pressure control demonstration roadway,promote successful experience,and ensure the safety and firmness of roadway support.
