摘要
以王庄煤矿坚硬小煤柱巷道基本顶预裂卸压为背景,建立了单孔和双孔爆破数值计算模型,对比研究了无聚能管空孔、空孔导向、聚能管导向、聚能管空孔协同导向4种爆破方式的有效应力分布特征和裂缝扩展规律,并进行了聚能管空孔协同导向预裂现场应用。聚能管空孔协同导向时,有效应力和主裂缝长度最大,双孔爆破有效应力峰值是无聚能管空孔时的2.03倍,中间主裂缝长度为161.55 cm,增加了26.26%。现场应用表明,在小煤柱巷道基本顶形成了定向裂缝,工作面回采后顶板及时垮落,达到了小煤柱巷道坚硬顶板预裂爆破卸压目的。
Utilizing the pre-splitting blasting pressure relief of the hard main roof in the small pillar roadway at Wangzhuang coal mine,numerical calculation models were developed for both single-hole and double-hole blasting.The study compared the effective stress distribution characteristics and crack propagation laws among four different blasting methods:no shaped tube and empty hole,empty hole guided,shaped tube guided,and coordinated guidance with shaped tube and empty hole.In addition,a field experiment was conducted to implement pre-splitting blasting with coordinated guidance using shaped tube and empty hole.When pre-splitting blasting using coordinated guidance,the maximum effective stress and the length of the main crack were obtained,the peak value of effective stress in double-hole blasting is 2.03 times higher compared to without guidance,and the length of the main crack increased by 26.26%to 161.55 cm.The field application demonstrated that timely roof caving can be achieved through fracture formation in the main roof of small coal pillar roadway after mining,thereby fulfilling the pressure relief objectives for small coal pillar roadway with hard roof through presplitting blasting techniques.
