摘要
针对碳酸二烷酯燃料与发动机材料相容性问题,本文通过相容性模拟计算与实验分析了橡胶和塑料材料在碳酸二烷酯燃料中的性质和机械性能变化。在碳酸二烷酯的加入下,柴油混合物溶解度参数提升,橡胶质量体积和机械性能显著变化,氟橡胶在掺有50%碳酸二烷酯的柴油混合物中相容性较好。对于塑料,聚丙烯和聚四氟乙烯表现出良好的相容性。
To address the compatibility issue between dialkyl carbonate fuel and engine materials,the changes in the properties and mechanical characteristics of rubber and plastic materials in dialkyl carbonate fuel are analyzed through compatibility simulations and experiments.The addition of dialkyl carbonate increases the solubility of the diesel mixture,leading to significant changes in the mass,volume,and mechanical properties of the rubber.Flu-ororubber exhibits good compatibility in diesel mixtures containing 50%dialkyl carbonate.Among plastics,poly-propylene and polytetrafluoroethylene demonstrate good compatibility.
