摘要
研究设计了一种“超强抗风揭高防水性自由胀缩型金属屋面系统”,成功应用于厦门新会展中心项目大跨度弧形屋面。该系统通过优化金属屋面板材的咬合结构、固定方式及引入动态伸缩节点设计,显著提升了屋面的抗风揭性能、防水密封性及温差变形适应能力。经风洞试验与实际台风考验,证实该屋面系统在复杂荷载下具有很好的稳定性与可靠性,可抵御16级以上台风。
An ultra-high wind uplift resistant,high waterproofing and free expansion-contraction metal roof system is designed,which is successfully applied in the long-span curved roof of Xiamen New Conference and Exhibition Center.By optimizing the interlocking structure,fastening method of metal roof panels,and bring in dynamic expansion joints design,the roof system significantly improves wind uplift resistance,waterproofing sealing performance,and thermal deformation adaptability.Through wind tunnel test and actual typhoon exposure,the roof system is confirmed to have excellent stability and reliability under complex loads,and the capability to withstand typhoons above level 16.
