摘要
重庆龙兴足球场项目异形屋面系统包括单层防水卷材屋面、膜结构、穿孔铝板装饰屋面等,本文结合项目特点对屋面主要系统的设计构造、材料与配件选用、项目的重难点部分进行了分析,重点论述了屋面抗风设计、防排水设计、连接设计、不同材料交接设计等,并对屋面抗风揭试验作了介绍。通过本案例,证明单层防水卷材屋面系统在保障项目安全,保证防水、装饰功能实现,提高工作效率等方面具有优势。
Chongqing Longxing Football Stadium project features a special-shaped roof system comprising single-ply waterproofing membrane roof,membrane structure and perforated aluminum plate decorative roof.This article analyzes the design and construction of the main system of the roof,the selection of materials and accessories,and the key challenges of the project based on the characteristics of this project.The article focuses on the roof wind resistance design,waterproofing and drainage design,connection design and transition design between different materials.Wind resistance test of the roof is also introduced.It demonstrates the advantages of single-ply waterproofing membrane roof system in ensuring project safety,achieving waterproofing and decorative functions,and improving work efficiency.
