摘要
泛素特异性蛋白酶7(USP7)是一种关键的去泛素化酶(DUBs),通过去除靶蛋白上的泛素链,阻止靶蛋白被蛋白酶体降解,从而维持其稳定性并调控多种生物学功能。USP7在肿瘤发生发展过程中发挥重要作用,可通过调控肿瘤细胞的增殖、凋亡、DNA损伤修复及免疫逃逸等关键机制,促进恶性肿瘤的进展和侵袭。本文综述了USP7在女性妇科肿瘤中的作用机制及研究进展,以期为妇科肿瘤的诊疗提供科学依据。
Ubiquitin-specific protease 7(USP7),a critical deubiquitinating enzyme(DUBs),regulates protein stability and diverse biological functions by removing ubiquitin chains from target substrates,thereby preventing their proteasomal degradation.USP7 plays a pivotal role in tumorigenesis and cancer progression by modulating key cellular processes,including tumor cell proliferation,apoptosis,DNA damage repair,and immune evasion,ultimately promoting malignant advancement and invasion.This review summarizes the mechanistic insights and recent advances in USP7's involvement in female gynecological malignancies,providing a scientific foundation for potential diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
