10 m超大采高工作面过超高断面空巷技术研究

Research on the technology of crossing super-high section empty roadway in 10 m super-large mining height working face

摘要 针对以陕西榆林地区为代表的煤气共采区特厚煤层工作面过超高空巷问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测的手段分别对空巷合理支护强度及过空巷期间的围岩变形规律展开了分析研究。研究结果表明,当采用“煤矸充填+混凝土立柱”联合支护时,10 m超大采高工作面过7.5 m超高空巷的支护强度应不小于2.1 MPa;受采动影响下,空巷围岩在超前工作面60 m处开始加速变形,采动强度随着工作面距离的缩短而增大;空巷顶板在合理支护载荷作用下,顶板变形量远小于两帮,垂向顶板稳定性较好。在现场工程实践中,结合工作面来压规律对不同区段空巷的充填必要性进行了等级划分,确定了空巷合理充填范围,并根据理论计算结果确定了“混凝土立柱”支护具体施工参数。结果表明,在工作面过空巷期间内,巷道及工作面架前顶板范围内围岩基本完好,工作面未出现局部冒顶及大面积来压情况,过空巷期间的顶板围岩控制取得了理想的效果。 Aiming at the problem of ultra-high-altitude roadway crossing in ultra-thick coal seam working face of gas co-mining area represented by Yulin area,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement are used to analyze and study the reasonable support strength of empty roadway and the deformation law of surrounding rock during passing through empty roadway.The results show that:When employing the combined“gangue filling+concrete column”support system,the required support intensity for a 10m super large mining height working face crossing 7.5m super high goafs should not be less than 2.1 MPa Under the influence of mining,the surrounding rock of the empty roadway begins to accelerate deformation at 60 m ahead of the working face,and the mining intensity increases with the shortening of the working face distance.Under optimal support loading,roof deformation remains substantially smaller than sidewall displacement,indicating superior vertical stability of the reinforced roof structure.In the field industrial test:hierarchical classification of filling necessity was implemented for different goaf sections based on periodic weighting patterns,enabling determination of rational filling ranges.Specific construction parameters for the"concrete column"support system were optimized through theoretical calculations The results show that during the period of the working face passing through the empty roadway,the surrounding rock in the range of the roadway and the front roof of the working face is basically intact,and there is no local roof fall and large-area weighting in the working face.The control of the roof surrounding rock during the passing through the empty roadway has achieved ideal results.
