我国省域煤炭开采和洗选业碳排放结构比较研究 被引量:1

Comparative study on carbon emission structure of coal mining and preparation industry in various provinces of China

摘要 基于中国碳核算数据库(CEADs)发布的《省份排放清单》中各省工业碳排放数据以及各省2007-2017年《投入产出表》中投入产出数据,使用EIO-LCA(投入产出生命周期评价模型)对我国各省煤炭开采和洗选业生产链隐含碳排放进行测算,找出导致隐含碳排放量较大的最终需求以及行业部门。研究发现:我国煤炭开采和洗选业直接碳排放强度整体呈现先下降、后上升的趋势;2017年山西、内蒙古、黑龙江、浙江和北京的隐含碳总量高于直接碳总量;2017年最终需求引致的煤炭开采和洗选业隐含碳排放量排名前三的是山西、内蒙古、陕西;各省煤炭开采和洗选业隐含碳排放贡献度逐年集中于煤炭开采和洗选业、电热生产和供应业,金属冶炼和压延加工业。 Based on the industrial carbon emissions data of each province in the Provincial Emission Inventory released by China Carbon Accounting Database(CEADs)and the input-output data in the Input and Output Table of each province from 2007 to 2017,the EIO-LCA(input output life cycle assessment model)was used to calculate the hidden carbon emissions of the coal mining and preparation industry production chain in each province of China,and to identify the final demand and industry sectors that lead to significant hidden carbon emissions.Research had found that the direct carbon emission intensity of China's coal mining and preparation industry showed an overall trend of first decreasing and then increasing;in 2017,the total hidden carbon emissions in Shanxi,Inner Mongolia,Heilongjiang,Zhejiang and Beijing were higher than the total direct carbon emissions;the top three provinces in terms of hidden carbon emissions from coal mining and preparation industry caused by final demand in 2017 were Shanxi,Inner Mongolia and Shaanxi;the hidden carbon emissions contribution of coal mining and preparation industries in various provinces had been concentrated year by year in coal mining and preparation industry,electric heating production and supply industry,and metal smelting and rolling processing industry.
