摘要
侵袭性曲霉病是由曲霉属真菌引发的一类感染性疾病,其发病率和致死率高,但诊断困难.目前,对曲霉致病因子和机理的研究较多.本文归纳总结了曲霉致病的3大因子:曲霉孢子、曲霉细胞壁组分和曲霉毒素.空气中漂浮的曲霉孢子被免疫力低下的人群吸入后,曲霉细胞壁最先与宿主接触,不仅能干扰宿主的免疫反应,而且其成分参与曲霉的致病性.此外,曲霉合成的毒素也是其致病的关键因子.
Invasive aspergillosis is a kind of infectious disease caused by Aspergillus.It has a high incidence and fatality rate,but is difficult to diagnose.Currently,there are many studies on the pathogenic factors and mechanisms of Aspergillus spp.This paper summarized the three main pathogenic factors of Aspergillus:Aspergillus spores,cell wall components and toxins.When the Aspergillus spores floating in the air were inhaled by the immunocompromised people,the cell wall of Aspergillus was the first to come into contact with the host.And not only the cell wall itself could interfere with the immune response of the host,but also the components of it were involved in the pathogenicity of Aspergillus.Moreover,the toxins synthesized by Aspergillus were key factors in the pathogenesis.
