摘要
对高炉铁口泥套的工况环境进行了简述,为了能够提高铁口泥套的使用寿命,在常规铁口泥套浇注料的基础上研制出了一种新型泥套浇注料。新型泥套浇注料具有较好的常温物理性能与热态强度,且抗渣侵蚀性能优异,并在某2500 m^(3)的高炉出铁口上进行了实际应用。结果表明:研制的新型泥套浇注料一次性使用寿命达到了1年以上,整体使用效果较好。
The working conditions of the blast furnace(BF)taphole mud casing is described.To enhance the lifespan of the taphole mud casing,a novel type of castable was developed on the basis of the conventional taphole mud casing castable.This novel castable for the mud casing features good room-temperature physical properties and thermal strength,as well as superior resistance to slag erosion.It was practically adopted at the taphole of a 2500 m^(2) BF.The adoption results indicate that this novel castable can reach a one-time service life of over one year,demonstrating an overall effective performance.
