摘要
为了探究海南地方小米椒种质资源表型多样性情况,利用35个表型性状观测,对31份海南小米椒种质资源进行了评价与分析。结果表明,13个数量性状变异系数范围为5%~59%,多样性指数范围为0.67~5.26,22个质量性状中,19个性状在不同水平上的百分比分布不均匀。变异系数方面,除了叶片宽、果心室数外,其他数量性状较低。多样性指数方面,除果实心室数外,其余各资源性状均达到较丰富的遗传多样性。聚类分析方面,海南小米椒被分为两类,类别1在主茎粗和叶片宽度上表现突出,类别2在单果重、果长和结果量等方面优于类别1。相关性分析方面,性状之间相关性达显著和极显著水平较多,相关系数的绝对值超过0.5,且显著性达到极显著的性状达11对。
In order to explore the phenotypic diversity of germplasm resources of Capsicum annuum'Xiaomijiao'landraces from Hainan,35 phenotypic trait observations were used to evaluate and analyze 31 Capsicum annuum'Xiaomijiao'germplasm resources in Hainan.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of the 13 quantitative traits ranged from 5%to 59%,and the diversity index ranged from 0.67 to 5.26.Among the 22 quality traits,the percentage distribution of 19 traits was uneven at different levels.In terms of the coefficient of variation,except for leaf width and the number of fruit chambers,other quantitative traits were relatively low.In terms of the diversity index,except for the number of fruit ventricles,all other resource traits had achieved relatively rich genetic diversity.In terms of cluster analysis,Capsicum annuum'Xiaomijiao'landraces from Hainan were divided into two categories.Category 1 stood out in terms of main stem thickness and leaf width,while Category 2 outperformed Category 1 in terms of single fruit weight,fruit length and fruit yield.In terms of correlation analysis,the correlations between traits reached significant and extremely significant levels more frequently.There were 11 pairs of traits with an absolute value of the correlation coefficient exceeding 0.5 and extremely significant significance.
