摘要
本文基于实际项目中的室内装修全过程咨询管理案例,提出了一种综合统筹室内装修项目中进度管理、限额设计、图纸深化及BIM应用等关键要素的有效方法。实践表明,设计与工程一体化管理方法显著提升了整体工程效率,确保了预算的精确控制,并实现了设计变更的及时与有效。这不仅为室内装修项目的顺利推进提供了坚实保障,也为装饰行业的持续发展贡献了积极力量。
This article proposes an effective method for comprehensively coordinating key elements such as schedule management,quota design,drawing deepening,and BIM application in interior decoration projects based on a case study of whole-process consulting and management of interior decoration in an actual project.The practice shows that the integrated management method of design and engineering has significantly improved the overall engineering efficiency,ensured the precise control of budget,and achieved the timely and effective design changes.This not only provides a solid guarantee for the smooth progress of interior decoration projects,but also contributes positively to the sustainable development of the decoration industry.
