摘要
随着全球对可持续发展和节能减排的日益关注,绿色建筑的能效优化成为建筑领域的重要研究方向。建筑能效优化不仅关乎建筑的能源消耗,还涉及热工性能、采光与通风等多维度的综合影响。本文探讨了公共建筑能效优化的关键指标,包括能耗分析、热工性能和采光与通风等方面,阐述了基于BIM的能效优化方法,从设计阶段到施工与运营阶段的能效分析、优化与监控,最后通过案例分析与具体实践,展示了BIM技术在公共建筑绿色建筑能效优化中的实际应用效果和优势。
With the increasing global attention to sustainable development as well as energy conservation and emission reduction,the energy efficiency optimization of Green Buildings has become an important research direction in the field of construction.Building energy efficiency optimization is not only related to the energy consumption of buildings,but also involves the comprehensive influence of multiple dimensions such as thermal performance,lighting and ventilation.This paper discusses the key indicators of energy efficiency optimization of public buildings,including energy consumption analysis,thermal performance,lighting and ventilation,and expounds the BIM-based energy efficiency optimization method,including energy efficiency analysis,optimization and monitoring from the design stage to the construction and operation stages.Finally,through case analysis and concrete practice practices,it demonstrates the practical application effects and advantages of BIM technology in the energy efficiency optimization of public buildings and Green Buildings.
