摘要
目的 探讨局部理疗结合虚拟情景反馈训练对Ⅱ区指屈肌腱损伤患者术后指功能恢复的效果。方法 将2021年1月至2023年12月在本院收治的96例Ⅱ区指屈肌腱损伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各48例。对照组接受常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上增加局部理疗和虚拟情景反馈训练。分别在干预治疗前、干预治疗8周后评估两组患者的手指关节总活动度(Total active motion, TAM)、握力、捏力、Strickland评分、DASH评分及并发症发生率。结果 经干预治疗后,观察组TAM、握力、捏力及均Strickland评分优良率均高于对照组(P<0.05),DASH评分和并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 局部理疗结合虚拟情景反馈训练能显著改善Ⅱ区指屈肌腱损伤术后患者的手指功能,提高手指关节活动度和肌力,并降低并发症发生率,效果优于常规康复训练。
Objective To explore the effect of local physiotherapy combined with virtual scenario feedback training on finger function recovery in patients with ZoneⅡflexor tendon injury after surgery.Methods A total of 96 patients with ZoneⅡflexor tendon injuries who were admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 48 cases in each.The control group received conventional rehabilitation training,the observation group received local physiotherapy and virtual scenario feedback training in addition to conventional Strickland score,DASH score,and complication rate were evaluated before and after 8 weeks of intervention.Results After intervention treatment,the excellent and good rates of total active motion(TAM),grip strength,pinching strength and average Strickland score in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the DASH score and the incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Local physiotherapy combined with virtual scenario feedback training can significantly improve finger function,increase joint mobility and strength,and reduce the complication rate in patients with ZoneⅡflexor tendon injuries,showing better results than conventional rehabilitation training.
