摘要
为评估和预测当前高校大学生创新创业项目存活率,引入创业项目成熟度评估概念,构建基于层次分析法与模糊综合评价的集成评估模型。建立包含创业者、创业项目和创业环境3个一级指标,以及家庭背景、计划设计、创业教育等10个二级指标的三层评估体系。采用评委打分法计算各级指标的权重分值,运用三角模糊数处理专家评判中的不确定性,确定指标权重。通过选取沈阳某高校“沙漠心之旅”项目,邀请7位创业导师、投资人和产业专家组成评审组,判断实际项目的各指标得分值,计算出项目的成熟度,验证了模型的有效性。模型可为高校开展创新创业项目个性化辅导提供决策支持,具有重要的实践价值。
To assess and predict the current survival rate of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship projects,this study introduces the concept of entrepreneurial project maturity assessment and constructs an integrated evaluation model combining the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.A three-tier evaluation system is established,comprising three first-level indicators-entrepreneurial team,project design,and entrepreneurial environment—along with 10 secondary indicators including family background,plan design,and entrepreneurship education.The judges’scoring method is employed to calculate weight values for each indicator,while triangular fuzzy numbers are utilized to address uncertainties in expert evaluations and determine final indicator weights.Empirical validation is conducted through the“Desert Heart Journey”project at a Shenyang university,where a panel of seven entrepreneurship mentors,investors,and industry experts assessed specific indicator scores.The calculated project maturity level demonstrated the model’s effectiveness.This framework provides decision-making support for personalized guidance in university entrepreneurship programs,offering significant practical value for enhancing project survival rates and optimizing educational interventions.
