摘要
在“双碳”战略与数字经济融合发展的背景下,智能化、绿色化与数字化协同(三化协同)正驱动教育系统性变革。2025年政府工作报告提出的教育强国建设三年行动计划聚焦AI教育、绿色化发展与教育公平,进一步凸显三化协同的紧迫性。基于全球胜任力框架,构建绿色化、数字化与智能化三维协同机制,解构数字孪生技术赋能创新创业人才培养的作用路径:机制层通过数字孪生技术模拟低碳创业场景,构建“教学—实践—评估”闭环,强化环境责任意识与技术认知;实践层设计跨学科课程矩阵、虚实融合创新工场及产教协同生态系统,破解可持续发展教育的时空约束与认知壁垒;价值层形成“价值塑造—未来视野”双螺旋育人模型,推动教育理念从经济本位向社会效益优先转型。
In the context of the integrated development of the“dual carbon”strategy and the digital economy,the intelligent,green and digital synergy(Triad coordination)are driving the systematic reform of education.The three-year action plan of education power proposed by the Report on the Work of the Government in 2025 focuses on AI education,green development and educational equity,further highlighting the urgency of the three aspects of synergy.Based on the Global Competency framework,construct a green-digital-intelligent three-dimensional collaborative mechanism and deconstruct the role path of digital twin technology enabling innovation and entrepreneurship talent training:the mechanism layer simulates low-carbon entrepreneurship scenarios through digital twin technology,constructs a“teaching-practice-evaluation”closed loop,and strengthens environmental responsibility awareness and technical cognition;At the practical level,interdisciplinary curriculum matrix,innovation workshop and production-teaching collaborative ecosystem are designed to break the space-time constraints and cognitive barriers of sustainable development education.The value layer has formed the double spiral education model of“value shaping-Future vision”,which promotes the transformation of education concept from economic orientation to social benefit priority.
