摘要 中国特有的教育家精神是教育强国建设实践焕发的精神力量,是广大教师和教育工作者主观能动性的外化形态,是中国特色社会主义教育本质属性的生动体现。教育家精神赋能教育强国建设的精神力量在于,以心有大我、至诚报国的理想信念铸就思政引领力,以启智润心、因材施教的育人智慧提升人才竞争力,以勤学笃行、求是创新的耕态度增强科技支撑力,以乐教爱生、甘于奉献的仁爱之心生成民生保障力,以言为士则、行为世范的道德情操聚合社会协同力,以胸怀天下、以文化人的弘道追求扩展国际影响力。 The unique educator spirit of Chinese educators is the spiritual force of the practice of constructing a leading country in education,an external manifestation of the superiority of the working class of the majority of teachers and educators,and a vivid embodiment of the essential attributes of socialist education with Chinese characteristics.The spiritual power that the spirit of educators brings to the construction of a leading country in education lies in the following aspects:It forges ideological and political leadership through a strong belief in serving the nation wholeheartedly and a genuine commitment.It enhances talent competitiveness by employing wisdom in teaching that inspires and nurtures students according to their individual needs.It strengthens scientific and technological support power through a diligent attitude of continuous learning and innovative thinking.It generates livelihood security with a compassionate dedication to teaching and a willingness to contribute selflessly to student welfare.It aggregates social harmony by embodying moral integrity in both speech and action,serving as a model for society.Finally,it expands international influence through a broad worldview and a commitment to cultural enrichment.
