摘要 我国超高层建筑数量逐渐增加,其属于城市现代化发展的成果。但相较于普通建筑,超高层建筑拥有极强的烟囱效应,若暖通空调(Heating,Ventilation and Air Conditioning,HVAC)系统防排烟设计不合理,则在火灾发生后会造成灾难性的后果。首先,阐述超高层建筑暖通空调系统防排烟设计要点,包括自然排烟、机械排烟和机械加压送风排烟。其次,结合实例,提出强烟囱效应下防排烟系统设计建议。 The number of super high-rise buildings in China is gradually increasing,which is a result of urban modernization development.However,compared with ordinary buildings,super high-rise buildings have a strong chimney effect.If the Heating,Ventilation and Air Conditioning(HVAC) system smoke control design is not reasonable,it will cause catastrophic consequences after a fire occurs.This article first elaborates on the key points of smoke control and exhaust design for HVAC systems in super high-rise buildings,including natural smoke exhaust,mechanical smoke exhaust,and mechanical pressurized air supply smoke exhaust.Then,combined with examples,design suggestions for smoke control and exhaust systems under strong chimney effects are proposed.
