数字经济、数字技术创新网络与全要素碳效率

摘要 数字经济蕴含着环境友好的特殊性质,有利于赋能经济结构低碳转型。选取2014—2022年279个地级及以上城市的面板数据,运用Super-SBM方法测算城市全要素碳效率,采用双向固定效应、中介效应、调节效应、空间计量模型等方法检验数字经济对城市全要素碳效率的影响,并重点检验数字技术创新网络的中介机制与网络外部性。结果表明:数字经济发展显著提高了城市全要素碳效率,经过稳健性检验,结论仍然有效;数字技术创新网络嵌入是数字经济带动城市全要素碳效率提升的关键作用路径;城市通过嵌入数字技术创新网络,通过网络外部性对网络邻近城市的全要素碳效率产生正向溢出效应。 The digital economy has the special nature of being environmentally friendly,which is conducive to empowering the low-car⁃bon transformation of the economic structure.Based on panel data from 279 cities from 2014 to 2022,use the Super SBM method to measure the total factor carbon efficiency of cities.The impact of the digital economy on the total factor carbon efficiency of cities is tested using meth⁃ods such as two-way fixed effects,mediation effects,moderation effects,and spatial econometric models,with a focus on examining the media⁃tion mechanism and network externalities of the digital technology innovation network.The results indicate that:The development of digital economy has significantly improved the total factor carbon efficiency of cities,and after robustness testing,the conclusion is still valid.The embedding of digital technology innovation networks is a key pathway for the digital economy to drive the improvement of urban total factor carbon efficiency.By embedding digital technology innovation networks,cities generate positive spillover effects on the total factor carbon effi⁃ciency of neighboring cities through network externalities.
