摘要
选取2008—2022年我国传统产业A股上市公司数据,构建产业改造效率的综合评价体系,实证分析数智技术对传统产业改造效率的影响。研究发现,数智技术能显著提升传统产业改造效率,且此效应不受企业所有权性质制约。企业的动态技术运用及创新能力正向影响数智技术的赋能,而两职兼任则会削弱其效果。异质性分析表明,政府需增加社会资本投入、完善信息网络设施,高研发强度企业改造效率更佳,地方政府资源重组干预至关重要。此外,数智技术相较于绿色化更能提升传统产业改造效率,有助于扩大市场份额,带来长期经济效益。研究结论为传统产业转型升级与产业安全保障提供了理论支撑。
Using the data of traditional industry A-share listed companies from 2008 to 2022,this paper constructs a holistic evaluation system for assessing the effectiveness of industrial transformation,and empirically investigates the effect of digital and intelligent technologies thereon.The results demonstrate that digital intelligence technology have a significant positive impact on enhancing the efficiency of tradition⁃al industrial transformation,and this effect is not restricted by the nature of enterprise ownership.The dynamic technology utilization and in⁃novation ability of enterprises positively affect the empowerment of digital intelligence technology,while the dual employment weakens its ef⁃fect.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the government should boost investment in social capital and upgrade improve information network fa⁃cilities,and the transformation effect of enterprises with high R&D intensity is better.In addition,compared with greening,digital intelligence technology can improve the efficiency of traditional industrial transformation,help expand market share and bring long-term economic bene⁃fits.This study offers a theoretical support for the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and industrial security guarantee.
